Macie and Kate's Baptism Day

Aren't they sweet?
Our granddaughter Macie, and our niece Kate, were baptized today.

I wish I could have taken more pictures,
but we were off to our own ward's baptisms, and then to a wedding reception out of town.

But I did get this picture of my nephew Jake and his girlfriend Katie, right before we left.

He asked me if I liked his new hair. I turned to Katie and asked her if she liked it. She did not seem too sure. But then she added, "I have blue hair."
The twins' blessing day tomorrow...

How am I suppose to explain to Amy tomorrow that the bakery messed up on her daughter's name?
Who ever heard of a little girl named Teg?

And do those colors really look like baby blue and soft pink?
I don't think so....

What a busy day you had! But that's the best kind of busy to be. I wonder if you can sort of scrape the tail off that "g" and make it into an "a"?

Peg, Meg, Teg?

What a happy day all around!
The girls look so beautiful! So sweet!

And I like both hair styles and colors! Oh, to be young again! And daring! And eager to express yourself in your outward appearance!

The cake ~ well, it's not baby blue, and it's not pale pink, and they did mess up the spelling. But as Mary said in her response, you can lift off the bottom of the 'g' to make an 'a'. And I love the ribbons, and the baby feet! And the printing is beautiful (too bad about the spelling though).
All in all it's a very nice cake!
Enjoy your busy, happy, celebratory day!!

I had the same idea as Mary, above, in scraping off the tail of the "g". The girls are cute and they'll remember this day because they get to share their special day! Actually, you have a busy, special weekend and one for the memory book!

We felt our life was full with just "our" baptism. And you have another AND a wedding reception out of town! You are amazing. The pictures are clear, vibrant and so so enjoyable. We love that you are recording all these special events. Even Jake's hair. Love, Dad and Susan

The girls are darling, and it's how the cake TASTES that counts, right? (But if you're really worried about it, maybe you can do a little patching with some of those cake decorating tubes you can buy at the grocery store.)

By the way, Jake's hair is great compared to some of the styles my kids went through....We even had dreads once. Ugh!

OH NO. Can you take a toothpick and change the g to an a? or explain to people that is really an A with an extra long tail?

Oh my gosh! I just love seeing a Cleveland representative at our Rozier events. I am so happy that Jake and Katie are dating! She's the best.

A busy & blessed weekend! Our ward blessed several babies & had a confirmation. With baptism & sealings-I would say you experienced an extra ordinance(ary) weekend.

Despite your expectations for the cake, I'm sure it was well received and enjoyed! Nice photos too!

Is Jake a Rozier, because he certainly has the looks of a Rozier? What a darling couple! Cuteness definitely runs in our family. The girls look so lovely in their white dresses.

Kathy, Jake is Peggy's oldest son. We do have that common Rozier thread running through the family!

Jack's proud moment

Jack could hardly believe his good fortune  when they put the 4 year olds in charge of the fire!
