He said he was in 7th Heaven

They wanted to be here for Tyler and Karen's wedding this Friday.

I'm talking about my first husband's parents, my sons' grandparents. They came all the way from Arizona.

But sadly, he is too sick to stay. So today was all we had with them.

Austin introducing Téa to her Great Grandpa
Great Grandma meeting the twins

Grandma Honey with Macie,
who both missed most of church today.

My sons' Grandpa has lung cancer. A very bitter sweet day.
What joy he had getting to see his family.
He got to meet and hold the twins for the first time.

Too bad they couldn't stay. It would have been nice to meet them. That is really nice that they could come for a little bit.

What a special moment. These pictures will be precious to the twins when they're older, especially if this is the only time they get to meet great grandpa Heasley in this life.

Very, very cool to see Great Grandpa & Grandma with the twins and all the other sweet children. What a lovely day it must have been for you all. He seems so great. I love his smile and the babies look so comfy in his arms. Nice post. I'm sorry to hear he wasn't feeling well. That's the problem with aging. Ya just never know what will happen from moment to moment.

Hard to believe Tyler's getting sealed this week! I'm bummed that we'll miss it but excited for all these beautiful couples starting out at this time.

I'm sorry to hear that they weren't able to stay for the wedding. I'm sure they were very disheartened by it. The pictures here are priceless and will always be a treasure for your boys and the grandchildren.

It's wonderful that this is preserved for viewing when the kids are older. Blessed technology. What a sweet reunion. Love, Dad and Susan

Bill's parents look very happy with the grandkids and especially meeting the new twins. It's too bad they won't be there for the wedding. I'm sure everybody is disappointed about that. The pictures and video clip will be great to have though.

Jack's proud moment

Jack could hardly believe his good fortune  when they put the 4 year olds in charge of the fire!
