This video is not short, but I think it's excellent.
I believe it's worth the 10 minutes to watch it.
We are all hearing about upcoming food shortages,
and how we need to be better prepared.
Here is what one stake (in Irvine, Ca) is doing about it.

Shoot. I couldn't get this to play! I agree that we need to be very aware of preparedness, though.
=)
That was awesome. Such good counsel.
I like the idea of the classes.
At 6:27 there is a picture of Ashley's college roommate, Ali Hawkins. She is also Suzanne's niece. Cute girl in the bright blue shirt...
Robin~ How did you know that? Had you seen this video before?
Sue~ I hope you try again because this is worth watching.
Karen~ I love the class idea too!
Thanks for sharing this clip! Our Relief Society just had a class on food storage and we are wanting to do some more classes so I'll look up this stake's site and see what else they have to offer.
great video and so very true! I use the safely gathered in blog for my guide...they send me an email everyday reminding me of what to work on. It is great. I like the classes idea as well. I have x many pounds of beans and wheat, what do I do with it??? :)
I loved this so much I shared it on fb. So great! Thanks for passing this along! I need to be more proactive about the long term storage in cans and the wheat and beans!
Great video! but it totally caught me by surprise when I saw one of my BYU professors in it and also my roommate for 4 years-John and Sunanne's neice in it as well. She appears in one of the cooking class pictures at 6:28.
