Take a tour of Tyler and Karen's apartment!

Tyler and Karen's mystery Christmas gift finally arrived yesterday! Hurray!!
First, the letter:

Well yesterday when it came, it was not exactly Christmas morning, but that made no difference to us!
To say I was excited to finally see what I had only heard about all of these years (the BYU campus, their jobs, the roads, the landmarks, etc) is an understatement. And I love the fact that these FOUR would go to all this work just for ME! What a sweet, sweet surprise!

Today, I would like to show you a part of this video, "Tyler and Karen's apartment."

Oh, and in this video you will see the desk Tyler bought for Karen...you know, the one he had to CARRY SEVEN BLOCKS to get it home!

(If you missed the tour of  McKay and McKenna's apartment go here. )

Thanks for the tour of Tyler and Karen's apt. It's a cute, cozy apartment and that was so thoughtful of them to take that video for you Jill so you can see where they live! You have awesome children!! They will look back on their first apartment with fond memories!

This was great! And so sweet of them to think of you like this. You must have been so happy to see it!

Your kids are wonderful!
And I enjoyed both tours! I can't get over how good use they make of space.
And I can't get over the big kitchen areas that both apartments have.

I think these video tours are great ideas!

Blessings for the New Year!
Love,
Eileen

PS ~ I love roasted vegetables too, and yours look so delicious!

That is really the most thoughtful of gifts. It made me think that you could probably BE at MOST family functions via SKYPE! Have you done that yet? It's pretty cool & it's in the moment too! I LOVE Tyler & Karen! I'm also impressed with how nice they have that place set up! Very classy & inviting with nice touches!

Jack's proud moment

Jack could hardly believe his good fortune  when they put the 4 year olds in charge of the fire!
