Someone, I'm sorry I can't remember who, had this quote on their blog not too long ago.
Who could not love that face?
"The family is eternal. Love must be nurtured. It must be spoken. We must put away our pride, our haughtiness, our shyness, our misunderstandings, and with humility say, "I love you. Is there something I can do to help you?" You can never be completely happy under any other circumstances."

I love her too! I was giving the Family Home Evening lesson the other night and I read a quote from President Hinckley and it almost made me cry. I miss him!
What a beautiful quote. She was truly a lovely person with so much wisdom and wit. When I hear of women wanting to get rid of their wrinkles, I think of Sister Hinckley. I'd give anything to have her face and countenance. Do they have a way to do that?
Love, Susan
Beautiful and so very true!
McKenna~ I know what you mean. I miss him, too. I still often hear his words in my mind..."just do a little better, be a little kinder..."
Susan~ You have a beautiful face and countenance all your own.
Love, love, love this Jill, thanks so much for sharing it. I needed that this week.
The quote was from my blog Jill. And I love her too! I think she was so wise!
I love her too. I love how wise she was as shown in this statement that you posted. She did have a wit about her and always had a smile on that sweet face of hers. Isn't it so remarkable how we can hear Pres. Hinckley's voice so clearly in our mind. I miss him so much. Thanks for sharing!
Rebecca~ Well I guess it's a little late to ask permission to put it on my blog! Of course I should have known it came from yours because you have such great quotes...like the one you had today:
"When I was young I admired clever people. Now that I am old, I admire kind people."
~Abraham Joshua Heschel
dont worry, Jill I always take it as a compliment when anyone uses one of my quotes, that means they liked it. I love quotes !!!!
She was and is wonderful.
=)
I just love her.
As always....she ROCKS!
Oh how I love her! She is one to emulate. She always seemed to have the RIGHT thing to say at any occasion. What a lovely lady, a true lady in every sense.
