JCPenneys came today and took away the couch and love seat we recently purchased from them. I noticed one day, about 3 weeks after it was delivered, that it had 4 tiny rips in the love seat. Of course it took weeks for the tech to come and take a look. But a few days after that, I received a call from Penneys saying they would pick up the furniture and return our money in full.THAT is why in the past 30 years plus, I often buy from JCPenneys. Things happen, and nothing is perfect, but they always stand behind their merchandise. So don't be afraid to buy from them. I just thought they deserved the praise today.
PS... For those of you who have been worried about us, we had a new water heater put in this morning!! Thank you SO MUCH for the hot shower offers!

I felt thoughtless knowing I was NOT one of the one's who offered you our showers. However, i can offer you to come rest on my couches! I'm with the rest-What are you going to do about couches now?
We haven't quite figured that out yet. Allie Sever sells furniture so we are looking into that right now. And I will be over tomorrow to rest on your couch Lisa. :)
And when you sit on that couch you will be sitting on one of Allie's collections. Her mom has a set too!
Another good place for returning furniture is Costco. Wyatt and I bought a sectional from them about two years ago. 13 months after we bought them I was complaining to Wyatt how much I didn't like them. Wyatt called Costco and they said we could return them. So 13 months after we bought them and used them Costco gave me every dollar back. I love Costco!!
13 months later??? WOW!!!
