The actual title was, "25 Instant Energy Boosters."
Many I had heard before, but here are the ones I found more interesting:
I have heard before that light early in the day helps you sleep better at night,
but I have never heard that the early light gives you energy. (below)
If this is true about the pink, why do we not use it in little boys bedrooms?
Have any of you tried any of these to know if they make a difference?
