Here she comes...
Every Friday I pick up my granddaughter Elora from kindergarten since her little sister is having physical therapy.
Yesterday we back tracked. I asked Elora if we could go back and get a picture with her teacher Mrs. Wagner. This will be Mrs. Wagner's last year of teaching.
On the way home we stopped off at Jamba Juice and each got a Peach Perfection
Then while walking the isles of Target I asked her if she knew where Campbell's classroom was. I told her that we needed to pick up Cami today and Mommy said she would know where to go. She looked at me and sighed. Then she took a deep breath and said, "Grandma Honey......don't you be worrying about other people, just worry about yourself. "
Yes, I do believe Elora has "teacher" in her blood.
Elora is a very busy child and the busier I keep her the happier we are all. So I sometimes make lists of just what we will do that day. As we do things I will sometimes cross them off the list.
As I was making dinner later on, she asked me how to spell "dinner". Didn't think much about it.
After the girls left, Dennis found my list. He knew my writing but he asked who wrote the last thing on the list.

Loved this entry!!! You always do the funnest things with Elora and I hope you kept Elora's list for your journal so that you can show her what she was like at this age.

I remember reading elsewhere about your being the worrier in the family. Perhaps Elora takes after her great-grandma Rozier!!!

That Elora is so cute. Both of you are so lucky to have this time together. I am sure she will look back on all this time with you with very fond memories.
Give my buddy Cami a kiss for me. She is one awesome little girl.
I agree with you Karen, Cami is an awesome little girl. I met her new teacher yesterday and she said she's an angel. I had to agree.
Thank you for reading my blog!

So glad I found your blog! Yep, the HSM blog is true- I live less than one block from East High school and we walked by and saw them filming this morning. Who knew Salt Lake was the new LA?
I like the list. It's very...Elora. She tends to plant herself in people's lives, but it's okay because everybody loves it.
Grandma's don't get any sweeter then you! I suppose that is why they call you Grandma Honey. I love reading your blog! Our paths don't cross enough at church. With your blog, I can still get my sweetheart Jilly Shelly fix.
