Rozier Easter Party 2010

The day before Easter.
Just a few out of many who attended...

Two injuries arrived.
First McKenzie, who accidentally slammed her finger between 2 weights she was lifting.
btw, doesn't she look like her sister Ashley in this picture?

And her cousin Tess who has a bloody leg.
Something about getting her foot caught in the chain of her bike.
My sister Peggy's granddaughter, Rivka had no injuries, but she sure knows how to pose.

Good thing my sister Robin's son Davey came to do the barbecuing.
Look how handsome he's getting.

And my granddaughter Téa who can stand alone for seconds, just 9 days before her birthday.

Susan trying to coax my Dad into standing underneath the deer antlers.
Doesn't she have beautiful highlights in her hair?

She finally succeeded.

Téa is just not sure she likes this party.

Macie not sure either.
Chandler, Macie, Kate, Rivka, Laurynn

Food was outstanding, as always
Only difference is, this time I remembered to take a picture of it...or about 1/3 of it.

And a place for the jumpers.

Thank you Peggy (with Kaidy) for hosting, once again!
We hope you all enjoyed your Easter weekend too!

We LOVE these pictures! We also LOVE the memories and fun, fun, fun we had with all the kids, grandkids and great grandkids! We missed the egg hunt because of the Priesthood session, but we heard it was fun for the kiddies. According to your camera, it was a beautiful sunny day, when in fact it was COLD and overcase. Guess it was the bright smiles of all the posers that lit up the pictures! Love, Dad and Susan

Great post! Sorry to see the cuts and bruises on the young ones, but it was nice to see this family gathering, and the food looked outstanding! I want some of that pasta salad!
Loved your Dad posing under the antlers too! He's a good sport!

I loved your Easter post too, very inspiring!

Austin and Macie at Red Robin was fun (Macie's eyewear is beautiful)! And the twins at home getting into things in the bathroom was precious and brought back so many memories for me!

I enjoy visiting here so much! It gave me my smile for the day!
All the best to you,
Eileen

Jill, don't we just have the prettiest and most handsome nieces and nephews around? How did we get so lucky? It looks like everyone had a great time. I have always loved this tradition that your family has.

I am so impressed that you got a picture of Davey. I have tried many times and have failed. Was it the element of surprise or what?
