Oh the horror of it all....

This post is not going to make much sense unless you read the 2 posts just before this one.

Amy and Logan got air lifted out and called us about 7:30 tonight.
Listening to their story was the most dramatic thing I think I have heard since
the shooting of my first husband. I can hardly believe what they have been through.
But oddly to me, Amy said, as hard as it all was, she wouldn't trade this experience.

It was chilling to hear her say that there were long moments yesterday she didn't think she
would make it out alive, and she kept wanting to see her children!

So stay tuned for their story that I will post here in a few days, as soon as they write it.

For now.....they are in Vegas....and enjoying the luxury of civilization as you can see.....

We are all feeling very blessed tonight.

Hi! I met Logan & Amy in Havasupai this weekend. We met at church on Sunday, slept at the church with them Sunday night, talked with them throughout our evacuation. They are such nice, wonderful people!

I am so glad to see that they made it out last night! My husband & I were on page 4 of the helicopter list, and we got out around 1:30 and I know they were on page 7, so I was worried about them all night!

Looking forward to reading their story after hearing about it and seeing the pictures to go along.

Elise....So nice to see you here! I was hoping someone from their group would see this. Logan and Amy said several times that they met some very nice people. I notice that you have a private blog. Do you plan on writing about it also?

Yes, I do plan on making a post about our trip, although our story is far less exciting/scary as Logan & Amy's. I am happy to send you an invite to our blog. :)
