Am I the only one who hadn't seen this??

A friend of mine sent me this yesterday...Wow!

"The Mormon Tabernacle Choir when on tour in Memphis , Tennessee made a stop at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  A young girl with an aggressive form of brain cancer was undergoing Chemotherapy treatment and wasn't able to attend the Choir's concert the previous evening.

The girl's parents asked if a few of the choir members could meet the young girl at their hotel lobby.  See what happened, when the family, so distraught with their daughter's cancer, walked into the lobby.".

I hadn't seen it. Thank you for sharing! I dare anyone to watch that and not cry! My sister passed away at St. Jude's back in 1963 when it was a brand new facility. She was 2 and half. I was 6 months old. I still donate to St. Jude's whenever I get the chance. What a wonderful place and what a wonderful thing for the motab to do!! Beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing it with us...

I'm wiping away the tears... My prayers are with this family and their daughter, actually daughters as this will also affect the youngest.

These are new friends of mine in Visalia. I see Chase every weekday morning in seminary. I'm not her teacher but I see her there and we say hi. She beat the cancer!

She's been to Family Camp? This is crazy. Ever since I saw that video a few days ago I could not get this girl off my mind. I kept thinking...I wonder where she is from? When I finally caught that she is from California. I thought....well isn't that interesting! Then the Gages tell me she is from Visalia and in my brother's ward! And now Family Camp! Dennis said next we will learn we are related. Ha!

My aunt Nola is in the MoTab, and a couple weeks ago I asked my uncle, her husband Wendell about this video. It was actually 4 years ago!! He said the WHOLE choir was there, imagine the whole choir there singing to you! He said that it was such a sacred feeling, like the temple! He also said that he and my Aunt Nola have followed this little girl and she has won her fight and has been cancer free for several years now!!
