I don't know why I love this book so much.
It's quirky. And makes no sense.
It just is.
Elsa-Marie's seven little identical Daddies
The pictures are totally charming to me.
Like this one of her Daddies taking turns
reading lines from her bedtime story.
reading lines from her bedtime story.
Or this one of her family looking at old photos.
But then the drama happens. Read on...
I won't give the story away,
but as you can see, the day ended well.

This book might confuse a little toddler,
but by age 4 or 5, I think they would love it.

It would keep their attention anyway.

That story is so adorable. I will have to see if I can find it.
Snow White and the Seven Dwarves? Sounds familiar...
Cool story though. I like books that make no sense.
I never even thought of the take off from the Seven Dwarfs. Could be!
Or, Snow White and the Seven Twerps, as Logan use to call them.
Cute story. Sounds like a keeper. Love, Dad and Susan
just ordered it. thanks for a good book lead. we love children's books around here. xox
That's such a cute twist, right?
=)
Oh, thanks for the book reviews! I just ordered The Happiness Project, now I'm going to look for this one too!
Duh... it takes seven daddies to do what one mommy would do.
Or maybe it is a commentary on all of these children with multiple daddies in their lives...
I love the depth and the silliness of children's books.
Have you read Stephanie's Ponytail?
Robin
I'm bummed. I can't see the pictures which I think is weird so the colors must be the kind I can't see. : ( But I can understand why you would love the book as the writing is truly charming!

I'm sure I would have loved reading this story to my kids when they were young. I have never even heard of it, so it just goes to show that I have no little ones to read to anymore.
