Cami's surgery

Tomorrow our little Cami will be admitted to Children's Hospital at 7am to have surgery on her tummy. Hopefully this will help to keep her food down. This has been a struggle for many months now.The Dr expects the surgery to take about 3-4 hours,
and she will stay there for 3-7 days.
Meanwhile, her sister Elora will move in with us until Cami returns home.
Please pray for our little Camers, and also for her parents.
It's not easy turning your precious child over to a surgeon.

Thanks for posting this. I heard Erin talking about this at the wedding lunch. I didn't know it was coming so soon. I hope everything goes well. I will definitely pray for Cami. You know I just love this little girl. How great that Elora gets to live with you for awhile. I bet you guys will have a blast.

I remember how I stressed over taking Jacob in for minor surgery when he was 5 months old. I was terrified something would go wrong. I will certainly pray for them.

I'm struck how life never just stands still. Of course we'll keep them in our prayers. I've heard nothing but great things about Children's Hospital and Cami will be in good hands.

I will keep your beautiful Cami in my prayers.
Her parents will be in my prayers and your whole family as well.
I know the feeling of having to put your child's life in the care of another, our youngest daughter had to undergo brain surgery numerous times. It is one of the hardest things to do in life, my heart goes out to all of you.
God Bless and Watch over you all.
