Look who we brought home from the airport!

Dennis is carrying my water. What a man!

Even though McKay and Tyler both live together in Provo, both attend BYU together, both arrived at the same time this morning at the SLC airport...they got on 2 different planes about 4 hours apart. And then McKay had a layover in Las Vegas, and Tyler had one in Phoenix.

They were suppose to arrive in Fresno 4 hours apart. But with Tyler's extra unexpected delay in Phoenix, they arrived in Fresno within 30 minutes of each other. Good thing I had chicken soup in the crock pot, and barley wheat bread in the bread maker, and a pasta salad in the fridge ready to eat at any time. Also I made a birthday cake for Tyler. 3 days late but it still qualifies.

Moral of this story: Next time when these brothers book their flights home, make the reservations at the same time so they can end up on the same plane!

However, this will most likely be the last time these 2 will come home together...just the 2 of them. Next time Tyler will be bringing his wife. Exciting times ahead, for sure.

How cool that they accidentally arrived so close together! I sooo do not look forward to my babies (okay, so I still see them that way) moving away from me. Yet I can imagine the joy of seeing them again when we are reunited. Happy holidays!

Hey, don't feel bad Mary about still calling them your babies. Mine will always be my babies.
It was just such an odd day having them both flying home but going to 2 different states on the way here. And yet, we picked them up at the same time. They were in route for about 12 hours. Crazy.

Lucky! The truth is, it's a little weird not to have Tyler around. I miss him a lot.

I hope you don't mind that he is cutting his break short with the Fresno gang to come out to Texas. But let me just say, I'm so excited for him to come out here.

I'm glad both Tyler and McKay made it home safely.

Karen, no, we don't mind at all. We are just happy for both of you.

Even though you spent the night at the Denver airport the night before, we are so thankful you were not in that plane there yesterday! We heard about it on the way to the airport last night. Those poor people!

it was about 7:20 last night and Elora turns to us and says, "Where are my Uncles??" You can fill in the exasperated tone in your mind! We had to explain to her that they were tired and it was Grandma Honey's turn and she would have to wait till tomorrow! I hope one of those boys is ready to chase her around the couch!

This is such an exciting time! Hooray for all of you. So the Rich Girl is from Texas? We need more details about her. Siblings? Where is she in the line up? Her major and/or interests? What year in school at BYU? Etc. Love, Dad and Susan

Seeing the back of the boys and Dennis is better than nothing but it sure would have been fun to see how tired they must have been. I'm glad they're home. Have a fun time with them!

Tell McKay the Watsons all wish him a Merry Christmas. Actually we wish all of you a Merry Christmas. Man, it doesn't seem like it was all that long ago that McKay was eating Thanksgiving dinner in our home in Florida. Wow, times sure flies.

Love,
Ronnell
