Here's an easy one for you...

Korean Ground Beef

This is what we had for dinner last night.

Easy. It's a matter of browning the meat, steaming the vegetables
and adding the things that make it taste so good.
Serve over brown rice. And this is really all you need for dinner.
Unless you want a roll or piece of bread with it.

I made the entire recipe so we only ate half this. Dennis asked for leftovers for lunch.

I used ground turkey because that's what we had. Go here for the recipe.

Meanwhile, I'm all ready for our family Valentine party after church tomorrow.

I love the month of February….especially this year because of the RAIN.
Oh the power of PRAYER. Especially united prayer.
Last Sunday we had a Fast and prayer all throughout the state of California,
joining with several other churches.
The joy I felt as the rain started falling before that day was over!

Such a fun idea to have a family Valentine's party! Where did you get the cute mail boxes? I have similar ones I bought a few years back at Target, but I haven't seen them there this year and I need one more.

Hi Julie! I got the mailboxes at Target about a week or 2 ago. When I go tomorrow I will check and see if they have any left and if so I'll send you one. But don't hold our breath….I remember when I bought mine there weren't all that many left. :)
