Austin's Obstacle

First of all, before I go on,
let me just say that Austin LOVES LOVES LOVES his mission in New York.

His words are so passionate in his emails each week that they practically fly off the computer. Seriously.

He loves teaching and serving and he is doing LOTS of that.

He is very happy, but at the same time he is struggling with a challenge that we hope to get resolved soon.
He is so very tired.

He needs to sleep a lot. He has to. But he doesn't want to feel this way.
These pictures aren't posed. He really does fall asleep like that.

He is having some medical tests done, including an overnight sleep study in a few weeks.
Before his mission he began feeling sleepy but Amy and him wrote it off as being
so busy with school, practices, graduation, etc etc.
But since coming on his mission it has only escalated and become much worse.

Meanwhile, would you please pray for him?

As soon as they get this figured out, I will let you know.

I will definately be praying for Austin and for Amy. It is hard as a mother to have your child so far away when they are sick or having struggles. Austin is an amazing young man. I could truly feel his spirit and testimony during his baptism,it really touched my heart like few things have. The people of New York are blessed to have him serve among them! Peggy Sue

Nothing can be more discouraging for a missionary than having health problems when they want to be doing the work. He is in my prayers.
