One Skillet Enchiladas

Tastes just like enchiladas but a lot easier. 
I didn't time myself, but I think it took about 20 minutes start to finish.

Not my picture, but I made just half a recipe (6 tortillas, 1/2 lb meat) and it looked just like this.

I make an "enchilada casserole" in the oven. Can't wait to try it on the stove top! I am sure it will me much quicker.

Enchiladas are one of my all-time favorite foods, but they are so time-consuming to make. I can't wait to try this!
