What's behind her bedroom door?

Den and I were out walking tonight about 8:30 when his phone rang.
When we noticed it was my Dad and Susan I was a bit alarmed.
We rarely hear from them after 7pm so at first I was thinking, are they okay?
They asked if we could come over.

So that's when I took the phone. "Sure we can come over but isn't this kind of late for you?"
Susan said they had just arrived home, and found an April Fool joke and wanted us to see it.

Five minutes later we arrived. As we stepped into their living room everything looked just fine.
"So where is it?" I asked. Susan said we needed to go into her bedroom.

But she warned us first, "My least favorite color is PINK."

So we opened her bedroom door....

The culprit even got into her closets, and replaced ALL her clothing with PINK.
Susan never wears pink.

 The pink just keeps coming.

I don't know how she guessed it was her daughter, but it was.
Susan's family is BIG into April Fools Day.

I had a friend in high school who use to say PINK made her nauseous.
After tonight, I understand.

PS  Jessica and Kylie are doing great.
I think Dennis and I are having about as much fun as they are.
More later on them.

That took a ton of planning and time! Wow...I guess too much pink can be kind of nauseating, but I do like it in moderation. Does the daughter come back and clean it all up? :)

That was wonderful. I hope she was able to get all the pink out. I like pink but not that much.

Thanks Jill for posting this! You do such a good job at creating blogs. It would have taken me several days and more stress than I can handle to do this room justice, and here you are finished with it already! It was fun, but now the work begins. Emptying all the drawers and closets and trying to find where MY clothes are. Of course, that's part of the joke, isn't it? Thanks again. Susan

That certainly is a lot of pink! It makes me think of Pepto Bismal which I cannot stand. But what a great April Fool's prank! Where were your dad and Susan for so long that the culprit was able to do all of that?

Grandmapeg....They said they had been at Sweet Tomatoes....I think for a birthday party...I can't remember exactly the reason because I got so distracted by the pink. But I do remember she
said they saw Fred there. Ha!

Too much pink!
Say, what happened to your video where Elora calls that little boy "tennis ball"? That was so funny!

That's fine that April Fools' is such a big holiday for them, but it seems like it's also the most inconvenient holiday to pick as your favorite. That's more cleanup than Christmas!

That's a GREAT 4/1 joke! LOL...I just wish I wasn't color blind too so I can get the real drift but I get it enough to know this is VERY CLEVER. I bang my head every year for a clever in taste 4/1 joke but fail. I've only pulled one off in my lifetime. Thanks for sharing! : )

Look what happened last night

Just a little pre-graduating gathering for our DIL Amy.... Not everyday a Mom of 7 and a Grandma of 7, graduates from college. It was not ...
