My Favorite gift in 1993

This was my favorite gift on Christmas morning of 1993.
19 years ago. Whew...it really came and left that many years ago!

And just so you know I have more than one son,
I will show a little of each of them....
opening gifts that you will probably not see in 2012.

Wow! I remember each of those gifts. I don't think any of us have changed except that maybe Brock smiles more.

This was so fun to watch!! I have to say that the way you are dressed is the same way I would dress..nice and comfy :-) It's fun to see your boys at this age of their lives. Thanks for sharing!

awww..that was sweet! Did you have music playing while you opened gifts or did you add it to the video? You seem like one who would have it playing in the background on christmas morning. :)

Cool presents. Do they even make blank cassette tapes anymore?

Scrapally...We always had music on Christmas morning. :)

Peggy~ Funny you should mention my clothes... I was just saying to Dennis today that I could never dress like that on Christmas morning or any other morning now. I am way too warm these days.

So much fun to watch your cute family opening presents all those years ago. You are such a loving mom, Jill.

I agree with McKenna, I cracked up when McKay opened the chia pet. "Don't you like it?" "Yes, it's just weird that I got it." McKay is always so gracious!

Heather~ You're right, McKay has always been a good sport about everything. I mean really, what kid wants a chia pet for Christmas?....what was his mother thinking??

I can't believe I'm seeing this late because I've been waiting to see this video. I don't remember writing poetry back then, but I sure was quite the wordsmith, wasn't I? I love how our hair alone gives away the fact that this was the '90s.

The video is so tender.
How early did Tyler begin writing poetry? Was this his first?
This was really fun to watch!
