Have you ever tried to photo a 1 year old?

I have to be quick on the draw....and apparently I'm not fast enough.

Sometimes I can just see the way her little mind is working by looking at that cute little mouth of hers.

And sometimes she has a generous moment right before I am to click.

Violet's just doing what she's been taught.

Okay, I think she's had enough.

The world outside must look so exciting to a small child.

Uh oh where did it go?

Nope, too busy to sit by the fireplace for a pose.

"Okay, I'm done with that."

Maybe next time.
Thank you sweet little Violet, for all your efforts.

I think Violet looks a lot like Elora but then at some angles I see Cami. Violet is taking after both of her big sisters in the fact that she is cute!!!!

My goodness, I loved every one of those pictures. Yes, they can be very hard to photograph at the age of one, but I must say, you did a great job(providing that you were indeed the photographer)

I always have to get Dick to take my pictures as I will surely screw them up and I can't imagine that he would have this much patience to take so many at one time. That Violet is one darling little girl.

What a little sweetheart! One year olds are very hard to photograph. So are three year olds. Your floors look great by the way!!!
