He couldn't help it

We've been looking for their magazine every time we go to Whole Foods. And this time it really was there.

So we put it in our cart, and then Den stuck another 3 in. Just like that.

Imagine their names being on the cover with Cristina Ferrare!
She's been one of my favorites for decades.
My Grandma took us all to see her in a movie (The Impossible Years) back in the 1968!
I now record her cooking show 'Big Bowl of Love' every Saturday on Oprah's station.
Tyler and I use to watch her on the Home and Family Show back in the 1990s

Okay, so back to Dennis' adventure...
Then of course he had to mention to the checker girl about his daughters.

Why did it not surprise me he couldn't even wait til we got in the car to start reading about his girls.
Totally lost in those 10 pages about Kim and Kris.

So we get in the car with the 4 magazines and our swiss chard and our yogurt,
when suddenly Den decides he needs to go back into the store and buy 3 more copies.

I caught him once again reading them on his way out of the store!
(and no, he was not just performing for the camera. I didn't even tell him I would be taking pictures.)

On our way back home we stopped off at Dad and Susan's, so she could have her own copy.
Besides, with 7 copies we can be generous.

And I won't even mention that the very next evening we went to Michaels where he bought another 2.
So that equals a total of 9 copies @ $14.99 each.
Not cheap, but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.
Besides, when you're the Dad, it's a bargain at any price.
And I'm pretty happy about it too.

It brought tears to my eyes to see dad so excited about the magazine! Thanks dad for always making us feel so special! I loved seeing these photos and getting another "look" at how it all came to be 9 copies later. ;)

Thank you so much everyone! We were so excited (and nervous!) to see the article come out. It was fun to see Dad's reaction, too. He has always been our #1 fan. :) Love you both! -Kim

Dennis is such a proud father, as well he should be. That is quite exciting for your girls' names to be on the same cover with Cristina Ferrare! They are making quite a name for themselves.

Dennis, Thanks so much for putting me on the list to share your largess. I loved the article about the girls. Really gained some good ideas for breakfasts. I'm going to try some. They are both so so clever. How do they have time to do all they do? They are so impressive. Thanks again for including me. I've so enjoyed having a "fun magazine" in my home. Sports Illustrated just doesn't do it for me. Love, Susan
